Senior User Experience Designer

Delivered design systems, interactive prototypes, user research, and facilitated design thinking workshops. Brought design value to clients in the automotive, finance, banking, healthcare, software, telecommunications, and insurance industries. 

As product designer on the team I worked with our partner, Microsoft, and product development teams to design a voice-based UI for an AI-enabled product. Responsible for writing our feature stories, built a component library, and negotiated with stakeholders on product backlog priority. 


Teradata (2014)
User Experience Intern

I worked with local UX team and project management in Munich, Germany to redesign a feature within the suite of Teradata’s enterprise marketing software.
Gathered requirements, researched competitor applications, and produced wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups with detailed interaction documentation. This work contributed to a new design language (interaction and visual) planned for all future Teradata applications.


IT Communications Office at Indiana University (2012 - 2013)
Graphic Designer

Collaborated in establishing new brand guidelines for all information technology at Indiana University. Redesigned student, faculty, and public facing websites covering educational tools and IT news.
Researched, implemented, and managed content on a replacement interactive digital signage system used on both IU Bloomington and IUPUI campuses.
Planned and designed digital and physical materials for the 2012 and 2013 Statewide IT conference with approximately 1000 attendees.
